This booster seat is recommended for kids 30-100 pounds and up to 57 inches tall. The seat converts from a booster seat with a high back to a seat with no back as your child grows. It’s also an easy seat to strap closed with a tight fit which is the first priority in keeping children safely in their car seat. How Easy is Installation? Consumer Reports rated the Evenflo Big Kid seat as very easy to install and to use in general. Most Evenflo car seats are given high marks for ease of installation by users. Adjustment Capacity Once your child reaches the weight of around 40 pounds you’ll probably need to remove the back of the seat and make the change to a booster seat without a back. This is super easy to do and you can adjust for regular growth with a handle that pulls easily to change the depth and height of the seat. Comfort of this Seat There is no doubt that this seat is just not as comfortable as a seat that costs much more. However I haven’t heard parents saying that their children were fussy or complaining about discomfort. The armrests feature padding and the head support is padded well also. Good padding in the head support is extremely important to give your child support and uninterrupted napping. Is the Seat Pad Detachable? The seat pad detaches easily for washing in your machine. Wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle. It will come out looking like new. How Much Does the Evenflo Big Kid LX Booster Car Seat Cost? The price for this seat varies but Amazon is selling them for under $70 currently. Warranty? There is a 90 day warranty on all Evenflo car seats including this Evenflo booster seat. 
The Evenflo Big Kid seat doesn’t have a lot of reviews but they are mostly positive and users feel the seat is a great product for the price.
